Using favorites with other applications

You can use folder shortcuts in Favorites to select a folder for opening or saving files from within applications with ImandrA application integration.

To select a Favorites folder from within an application integrated with ImandrA:

1. Within the integrated application, execute a command that displays the ImandrA Open or Save dialog. The dialog appears.
2. Click the Favorites button in the dialog’s toolbar. The Favorites pane will appear within the dialog, similar to the following figure.

3. Select the desired document or folder from the list just as you would from a normal file Open or Save dialog and click Open or Save, depending on the command you executed. The document is opened or saved in the vault in the location specified by the shortcut.
